Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 3C Store Fixtures, Inc. (“3C,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information about you when you visit 3cstorefixtures.com (the “Website”), contact us, or apply for a job with us. It also describes your choices and the rights you may have under California and other state privacy laws. Please also read our Terms of Use.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. We collect the information you enter in our forms:

  • Contact form: first and last name, company, email address, phone number and your comments.
  • Careers form: first and last name, phone number, email address, the department you are interested in, your answer about community involvement, your comments, any resume or file you upload, and whether you opt out of email.
  • Customer portals and payment page: information you provide to access a portal or make a payment, such as your company, contact details, invoice or account information and payment details.

We also collect what you tell us when you call, email or meet with us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we and the services described below collect information such as your IP address, approximate location based on your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, the page or ad that referred you, and ad click identifiers. We collect this using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions and requests for quotes, and to provide and support our products and services.
  • To process payments and manage customer accounts and portals.
  • To review job applications and communicate with applicants.
  • To send business communications, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • To understand how visitors use the Website and improve it.
  • To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the Website (see section 4).
  • To protect the Website from spam and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party services we use

  • Zoho CRM receives what you submit through our contact and careers forms. A Zoho script also records how you found the Website (for example, the search engine or ad that referred you) and attaches it to your form submission.
  • Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam and collects information about your device and how you interact with the page.
  • Google Tag Manager loads the analytics and advertising tags listed below.
  • Google Analytics helps us understand Website traffic and use.
  • Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) measure the results of our ads and support remarketing (see section 4).
  • YouTube and Google Maps provide embedded videos and maps, and Google Fonts provides typefaces.
  • Microsoft SharePoint hosts some of our customer portals.
  • Our website hosting and content delivery providers store and serve the Website.

Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy.

4. Remarketing and interest-based advertising

We use remarketing services, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising, to show our ads to people who have visited our Website when they later use other websites and apps. These services use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to recognize your browser or device, and they collect information such as the pages you visited and when. We do not give these services your name, email address or phone number, and we do not sell your contact information.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings, Meta ad preferences, LinkedIn advertising settings, Microsoft personalized ads settings, the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Opting out does not stop you from seeing ads, but they will not be based on your visits to our Website.

Your Privacy Choices: opt out of sale or sharing

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising on this Website. When you opt out, we stop loading the Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft advertising tags in your browser, starting with the next page you view. Because our Google Analytics tag also carries Google Ads measurement, it stops loading too. We also delete the advertising cookies those tags set on our Website. Your choice is saved in a cookie on this browser and device, so you will need to opt out again if you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device. Opting out here does not affect information the ad platforms already collected; use the opt-out links above for that.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out, and the advertising tags do not load.

Checking your privacy choice…

5. How we share information

We do not sell your contact information. We share information only:

  • With the service providers listed in section 3, which process it on our behalf.
  • With the advertising platforms in section 4, through cookies and pixels on the Website.
  • With our affiliates, subcontractors and installers when needed to deliver a project you have asked us to work on.
  • When required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

6. Cookies and your choices

The Website uses cookies for basic operation, analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising as described in section 4. Some features, such as embedded videos and maps, may not work without cookies. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email or by contacting us.

Do Not Track. Browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting, but there is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, and the Website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

7. How long we keep information

We keep contact and customer information for as long as we have a business relationship with you and as needed for our records, tax, accounting and legal obligations. We keep job applications for as long as needed to consider you for positions and as required by employment record laws. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the retention settings of the services in sections 3 and 4. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we have about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, call us at 252-291-5181 or use our contact form. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by contacting us the same way.

9. California privacy rights

This section applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”).

Categories of personal information we collect. In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information, from you directly, from your browser or device, and from the services described in sections 3 and 4:

  • Identifiers, such as your name, email address, phone number, IP address and online identifiers.
  • Customer records, such as your company, contact details and payment information.
  • Commercial information, such as the products and services you ask about or buy.
  • Internet or network activity, such as pages viewed and interactions with the Website and our ads.
  • Approximate geolocation based on your IP address.
  • Professional or employment information, such as your employer and the information in a job application or resume.

We collect and use these categories for the purposes described in section 2, and we keep them for the periods described in section 7. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

Disclosures for business purposes. In the past 12 months we have disclosed identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet activity and geolocation to the service providers in section 3, and professional or employment information to Zoho, which stores our job applications.

Selling and sharing. We do not sell your contact information, and we do not sell personal information for money. However, the advertising cookies and pixels described in section 4 let Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft collect identifiers and internet activity from the Website for advertising, which the CCPA may treat as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have done this in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Your California rights. You have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, its sources, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to, and get a copy of it.
  • Ask us to delete the personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You can do this with the Your Privacy Choices control in section 4, by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by contacting us as described below.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

How to make a request. Call us at 252-291-5181 or submit our contact form with “California privacy request” in the comments. We will ask for information to verify your identity, such as your name and the email address or phone number you used with us, and we will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We will ask the agent for proof of your written permission, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Job applicants. If you apply for a job, we use your application information to evaluate you for employment, communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or share applicant information.

Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

11. Children

The Website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
