These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at 3cstorefixtures.com (the “Website”), operated by 3C Store Fixtures, Inc. (“3C,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Who we are
3C Store Fixtures, Inc. designs, engineers, manufactures, ships and installs store fixtures, millwork, graphics and signage for retail and commercial environments, and provides related construction management and logistics services. Our corporate offices and manufacturing facilities are at 3363 Highway 301 N, Wilson, NC 27893, and our client services and support office is at 2979 State Street, Suite B, Carlsbad, CA 92009. 2. Using the Website
The Website is intended for businesses and adults aged 18 or older. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any password-protected area, or submit false information through its forms.
Information on the Website, including descriptions of our services, capabilities, project examples and timelines, is general information. It is not a quote, offer or contract. Pricing, specifications, schedules and other terms for any project are set in a written proposal, purchase order or agreement, which controls if it differs from anything on the Website.
3. Customer portals and payments
Some parts of the Website, such as customer portals and our credit card payment page, are for our customers only and may require a password or link that we provide. If we give you access, keep it confidential and do not share it with anyone who is not authorized by your company. Some portals are hosted by third-party services, whose own terms also apply. Payments you make through the Website are applied to your account according to your agreement with us.
4. Job applications
If you apply for a job through the Website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Submitting an application does not create an offer or contract of employment. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle applicant information.

The Website and its content, including text, photos, videos, project images, logos and graphics, belong to 3C Store Fixtures, Inc. or its licensors. Client names and brands shown in our portfolio belong to their owners and are shown to describe our work. You may view and share pages for your own non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify or republish the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Links to other websites
The Website links to and embeds content from other services, such as YouTube, Google Maps, Facebook, LinkedIn and Microsoft SharePoint. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. These limits do not apply to products or services provided under a separate proposal, purchase order or agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

We may change or discontinue the Website at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the privacy laws of your state, including California.
11. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website.
